EMPATHY - unconditional respect, care, and understanding for each client
EQUALITY - everyone is welcome, regardless of race, religion, ability, sexuality, or gender

Why Theia Therapy?
Theia is the Greek Titan goddess of sight. She is known for instilling inner luminescence in precious stones and metals, and is the mother of the sun, moon, and dawn. Can she help you find your inner light?
Why art therapy?
Art therapy is a research-backed way to get in touch with your inner child, to express unheard emotions, and to process trauma safely. It is often a very beautiful, cathartic experience for clients who have found that words just aren’t enough. And as a bonus, it’s usually quite fun!
Who does this suit?
Integrative, psychodynamic therapy is fully customised, so it suits almost everyone. An ideal client presentation for us would be a person of any gender or age, but particularly gender diverse 20-30 year olds with a creative streak, who may be questioning their identity, gender, sexuality, or relationships. Couples and relationship counselling specific to LGBTQ+ folk is one of our specialities here.
