What to Expect
Therapy doesn't have to be scary! It's OK if you've never been before, or if you've been a dozen times - we're here with you.
After you get in touch, we'll arrange a short appointment to chat about what you might need, and to see if we'll be a good match (we might not be - that's fine too! We can happily recommend a colleague). We will arrange a recurring appointment time, and our first session will mostly be spent on intake - discussing your concerns, goals, ideas, fears, and hopes. We will also go through our contract, which you will be asked to sign (you’ll get a copy later). From there, the work begins!
How much?
We operate on a needs-based sliding scale. This means that your fee will be decided based on your circumstances. Generally, fees start at €60 per session for individuals, or €80 for couples.
